Thank you for trusting us with the opportunity to show off everything your property has to offer! Studies have shown that buyers choose the homes they want to see based on the quality and quantity of pictures they see online. In order for us to get the best possible images of your home, we’ll need your help. Here are some things you can do to prepare your home for our photo shoot:

Outside

☐ Remove vehicles, trash cans, and recycle bins from the driveway and front.

☐ Sweep driveways, walkways, porches, patios, and decks.

☐ Put away hoses, sprinklers, garden tools, toys, and pet items.

☐ Mow the lawn; trim shrubs from walkways and doors; pull weeds from beds.

INSIDE

☐ Open window coverings to let in natural light (close only if views are unappealing). Blinds and curtains will be photographed as they are during the shoot.

☐ If possible, have windows cleaned and consider removing screens for more light.

☐ Turn off ceiling fans—moving blades blur in photos.

☐ Ensure all light fixtures have matching bulbs; replace any that are burnt-out.

☐ Reduce clutter: remove toys, clothing, papers, and anything on the floor.

☐ Bathrooms: clear counters, close toilet lids, remove personal items, and use fresh towels.

☐ Bedrooms: make beds neatly; clear dressers of personal items.

☐ If a child’s name is visible on walls, consider removing it—or alert us so we can edit.

☐ Workstations: hide cables, clear papers, and tidy bookcases.

☐ Kitchens: keep counters mostly clear. Leave a few decorative items or one appliance; remove dish towels, pet dishes, trash cans, and fridge clutter (magnets, photos, etc.).

☐ Open doors and turn on lights in all rooms to be photographed. We won’t open closed doors unless instructed.
