By ordering our services, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.

What You’re Getting: Photo License (Not Ownership)

We don’t sell photos – we license their use. Here’s what that means:

• REVAMP Visuals LLC owns the copyright to all images we create
• You get permission to use them under the specific terms below
• Copyright never transfers unless we create a separate written agreement

Your Usage Rights

What You Can Do:

• List & market the property using our photos
• Post on MLS and multiple listing services
• Use on your personal agent website and social media forever
• Use one primary photo for “sold” marketing materials

How Long:

• During active listing (until property sells)
• Maximum 1 year if unsold
• Your website/social media: Forever

What You CANNOT Do:

• Give photos to competitors or third-party services without our written permission
• Transfer to new agent if listing expires/withdraws
• Edit or alter images (we handle all editing – fees may apply)
• Share with builders, stagers, designers, etc. (see below)

Third-Party Requests:

If anyone asks to use the images, refer them to us directly. We may allow use with additional licensing fees. If you know in advance that you would like to share your listing media with a third-party, please contact us for discounted pricing for all parties involved.

Before Your Shoot

Your Responsibilities:

• Property must be photo-ready at scheduled time
• Ensure photographer safety (no hazards)
• Handle pet arrangements (we’re photographers, not pet wranglers!)
• Specify any areas to exclude before the shoot
• Confirm you have authority to allow property access

Our Limitations:

• No cleaning or moving furniture (liability reasons)
• Amenities require separate pricing and licensing
• We photograph the entire accessible home unless told otherwise

Cancellation & Rescheduling

25% deposit required to secure your appointment.

Weather Policy: There will be times that services cannot be completed due to weather. In those circumstances, the decision whether to shoot or not is up to the agent. If additional outdoor photos are required on a better weather day, our current rate for Coming Soon/Exterior Only images will be charged.

Payment Terms

When Payment is Due:

• Upon image delivery
• Credit card accepted online
• No media released until paid in full

Late Payment:

• Payment due within 30 days of delivery
• 10% late fee added every 30 days after that

Additional Editing:

$5 per photo for extra edits requested after delivery (grass repair, object removal, etc.)

Copyright Protection

What We Keep:

• Full copyright ownership of all images
• Right to use photos for our portfolio, website, marketing, contests, and teaching
• All rights not specifically granted to you

If Copyright Issues Arise:

If we discover someone is using our images without permission, we may ask for your assistance in resolving the situation.

Home Buyers/Sellers:

They can request photos directly from us only – separate licensing required.

Violations

Unauthorized use of images is copyright infringement and will result in:

• Immediate contract termination
• Required removal of images from all platforms
• Legal action if removal demands are ignored

Privacy Policy

We don’t share your contact information with third parties (excluding standard text messaging opt-in data).
